Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed before our daily cut-off time are usually dispatched the same business day, while orders placed after the cut-off will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Times

We offer fast UK shipping with most orders arriving within 1–3 working days, depending on your selected delivery option and location. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your chosen delivery method. We also offer Free UK Delivery on orders over £30, making it even easier to stock up on your favourite vape products.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available), allowing you to monitor your delivery from dispatch to arrival.
